We are now meeting each Sunday morning at 10:30 a.m. in the new Foundations Charter Academy. Please join us for prayer, fellowship, worship, and Biblical teaching. If you have any questions, please feel free to email us.
Our Worship and Teaching Service consists of a thoughtfully planned combination of Scripture reading, prayer, singing, personal testimony, and expositional preaching and teaching of the Scriptures. Our goal is to glorify our God together by setting our minds and hearts on him, worshiping him for his greatness and goodness, expressing our dependence on him, and growing in Christ by hearing from his Word. God’s Word will guide us as we pursue this goal in every part of our Worship and Teaching Service. Along with hearing the reading and preaching of the Bible, we will seek to echo the teaching of God’s Word back to him and each other in our prayers, songs, and personal testimonies. Our service will also be intentionally Christ-centered because he is the one who brings us to God and who makes our worship and service pleasing to God. We would love to have you join us for our Sunday morning Worship and Teaching Service!
We meet prior to our primary morning service at 9:30 a.m. each week for a time of fellowship, personal testimony, sharing of needs, and prayer. We share with each other how God is working in our lives and how we need for him to work. Then we pray together in praise and thanks to God and in request for him to work by his power and grace both in and through our church body. We believe that this time of building each other up in the Lord and expressing our praise and dependence to God in prayer is vital for our church. We would love to have you join with us for this Fellowship and Prayer Meeting prior to our morning Worship and Teaching Service. We also value the time before, between, and after our Sunday morning gatherings as opportunities to get to know each other better, to find out what’s going on in each other’s lives, and to encourage each other in the Lord. We have coffee, juice and bagels or pastries available during all these times to encourage an atmosphere of sharing and fellowship. So please come early and stay late if you can and take advantage of the time before, between, and after our meetings to fellowship with other believers. There will be plenty of seats, and just to make sure, you can always save seats for yourself or your family while you’re talking with others.
For more information regarding the philosophy behind our Sunday gatherings, check out our Values and Philosophy.
We love to gather together as an entire church body, but we also recognize the value and need of smaller settings to develop more personal relationships and to encourage and allow for more personal discipleship.
We have started meeting on Wednesday nights in what will become our shepherd groups. Each shepherd group will consist of roughly 10 to 15 adults and will meet once a week, usually sometime in the middle of the week at the house of one of the members of the group (someone in the group will provide child care). These groups allow the members to get to know one another well and to care for one another. Additionally, they provide a context for further study of the Bible and theology in a group setting. We encourage all people who are part of our church to get involved in a shepherd group because they are such an important part of how we intend to care for one another, build each other up in Christ, and instruct one another in God’s Word.
If you are interested in joining us on Wednesday nights, please contact us below to find out when and where we are meeting this week. For more information regarding the philosophy behind our shepherd groups, check out our Values and Philosophy.
Do you have questions about Christianity? Do you wonder who Jesus Christ really is and what he really taught about God and life? Do you have some knowledge of the Christian faith but want to know more?
Then join us for a Christianity Explained study, a course that provides answers to these questions from a reliable source. It’s a seven-week study that explains the central truths about Jesus Christ and his teaching by examining the Gospel According to Mark,
one of the four accounts of the life of Jesus Christ in the Bible.
The first meeting will include a dinner while providing an introduction to the six studies that make up the course. The remaining six meetings will each include a talk on the study for the week and
also provide time for you to get to know the others present at the study and to ask any questions you might have.
Check back soon for the date, time and location of our next Christianity Explained study. Each study will begin at 6:30 p.m. and will be finished around 8 p.m. If you're interested, but can’t make a scheduled meeting,
please contact us to arrange a study that will fit your schedule. Also, feel free to contact us if you have any further questions about Christianity or the class. We hope to see you at one of our future studies!
Are you looking for a church home right now and interested in knowing more about our church? If so, please come to one of our Exploring Redeemer meetings.
At each meeting we will explain our vision for this new church including our goals, our priorities and how we plan to achieve those goals in keeping with our priorities.
Each meeting will also provide an opportunity for you to ask any questions you may have about our church, to find out how you can get involved, and to meet some of the members of our church planting team.
Our Exploring Redeemer meetings will take place soon, so check back here soon for dates, times and a location. If you can’t make it to a scheduled meeting, but are still interested in finding out more about our church,
you can also contact us to set up a personal meeting where we can give you more information and answer your questions. Also, check out the About Us page.
We hope that you will check out our church, and we look forward to meeting you!
